(3) When & how will you ship my order within the United States?
Paid orders received before 6PM E Standard Time Sunday through Thursday ship next business day excluding holidays via USPS with delivery confirmation in most cases. All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail service excluding our Cow Performance Aerosols (Please note: ORMD aerosols by law must ship via ground parcel, Please allow 5-10 business days for aerosol delivery).
(4) When & How will my international order ship?
Most packages are mailed first class international mail via the United States Post Office which is the most cost effective method but does not offer tracking or insurance for your package. Please understand that international packages will take longer then US mail as the custom's process tends to slow the shipping time. (5) Am I responsible for Customs and Duties charges?
Cow Performance Company is not responsible for any taxes or charges that may be assessed from your customs office. We can not under value or mark your items as a gift as it is against the law.

Damaged shipments: If you receive a damaged shipment or suspect a shipment is damaged, please notify the carrier (USPS) and firstname.lastname@example.org immediately! IMPORTANT: Before a carrier will process any claim for damaged merchandise, it's representative will need to inspect the merchandise and the shipping carton. Defective items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery on goods that are in the original unused condition/packaging.
Non Defective items: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase on goods that are in original unused condition/packaging. Upon receiving product in original condition a full refund (not including return shipping) will be issued immediately.
